"When I think of home, the first image that comes to mind is the landscape; the beautiful rolling hills, endless trees and whin bushes, framed by barbed wire fences. Nothing can quite compare to these sights, sounds and smells. This particular place is important to me because it is where I would go for walks every year after Christmas day. It is a symbol of family, community, and challenge as we walked the 2.5 hours from the top of the hills to the castle in the valley."
